As MedAcuity’s new Vice President of People Operations, Jeanne Raney will focus on humanizing business processes. She will drive continuous improvement in employee training, development, engagement, and retention. With over 25 years of experience in human resource management, Jeanne has worked across professional services, clinical research, and managed IT services. She brings expertise in talent management, policy development, coaching, management training, and employee communications. Jeanne holds a BBA in business and finance from UMASS Amherst, an MBA from Suffolk University, and SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.

Andy Sageman joins MedAcuity as Director of Quality Assurance. He brings over 25 years of quality leadership experience in the medical device industry. Andy has worked with companies like Becton, Dickinson and Company, Abbott Medical Optics, and Medtronic. He has contributed to the development of life saving medical technologies, such as glucose monitors, insulin pumps, laser vision correction systems, and cardiac devices. Andy holds a BS in electrical engineering from Michigan State University.
