Makes Continued Investments in Project Management Office to Ensure the Success of Clients Developing Software-intensive Medical Devices and Complex Systems
Westford, Massachusetts, May 24, 2022 – MedAcuity, the go-to Boston-based software development partner for leading MedTech companies, today announced that Simon Johnson has recently joined the company as senior vice president of business development. Simon has a proven record of success in sales leadership, combined with consulting services expertise with an emphasis on client-focused practices. Simon has extensive experience working directly with client organizations in biotech, healthcare technology, financial services, retail and manufacturing. He has held leadership consulting services and sales roles in North America, LATAM and EMEA.
Simon joins MedAcuity most recently from Mobiquity Inc., an industry leading digital consultancy where he built the client partner team and managed strategic clients. Prior to that, he was the senior vice president of client services at GreenPages Technologies Inc., responsible for driving the company’s services revenue growth leading to its acquisition by Abry Partners in December 2020.

MedAcuity also welcomed Brian Kaputa to its management team earlier this year as director of their Project Management Office (PMO) that aims to improve execution throughout a project’s lifecycle. It is also continuing to build out a robust client success team to work proactively in partnership with clients to anticipate their challenges or questions and provide solutions and answers.
Prior to joining MedAcuity, Brian held both project and program management roles focused primarily on FDA-regulated entities with Sensitech, a cold chain and logistics performance solutions company. Before his time with Sensitech, he was senior project manager for clinical systems at Parexel. Earlier, Brian was a program manager for Medtronic with a focus on software validation, and packaging and labeling systems for the cardiovascular division.
